Horrible service..washed my hair in cold water and burned me during blow out service! Do not go to old lady at this shop! When i left i was so disgust...ed i didn't even argue about payment. She should be ashamed to call herself a stylist! No more dominican hair spots for me! Show more

I apologize for the alleged experience you had. Frankly The Hair Stylist that took care of you is The Owner 40+ years of experience. After carefully conducting an investigation with all the cameras in the salon, i have determined that YOUR REVIEW IS NOT TRUTHFUL. You told her you wanted warmer water she made it warm but you wanted scorching Hot Water, our hair stylist can't bruned their hands with water while washing your hair, Second we have footage of you smiling and conversing with the hair stylist never showing any sign of discomfort. Please mam, you should base the reviews on a business on truth, you can be held accountable for libel.

Maria complained the entire time doing my hair that it was greasy. I went with my hair shampoo and conditioned. Had a leave-in to protect my hair fr...om heat damage. She complained to the other stylist, in spanish, as if I didn't know what she was saying. So she did a half way job in straightening my hair. She didn't straighten my roots like Dominican hair stylist typically do. In fact, my roots didn't get straightened at all. I realize, the stylist who did my hair previously was Melissa. I'll stick with her should I return. Show more

If you don’t know Spanish, I advise you NOT to go here! This was the worst experience I’ve had at a salon! My appointment was for 115 and I showed Mar...ia, The hairstyle is a picture of what I wanted, which was highlights, blonde colored and the rest of my hair dark brown. When I looked up, my whole head was almost blonde and only bits and pieces of my hair was dark which was the total opposite of what I requested! The hairstylist had to redo my whole head, which caused me to be in that shop for almost 7 hours! I wasn’t even offered any type of drink or not even water at the salon and all of the hairstylist are so busy during their own hair that they don’t look out for the customers. I will never go here again!!! that would be the last $220 You will get from me. And please learn the ENGLISH LANGUAGE so you can communicate with your clients for a better experience !!!! Show more
